Mother Land.. Nigeria

                          GOAL OF A NATION

I was listening to some debates about the Nigerian Budgets and i wonder how Nigeria prefer backwardness to forwardness, prefer religion over freedom and how myopic we are to let hate overshadow love.
Everyone has a common goal in life (kola Adeneye) whoever Kola is *smiles, well my fellow Nigerians and the entire government, truth been told, we cannot keep deceiving ourselves as a Nation without vision nor mission is on the road to destruction. Every government era, we all moan, but we fail to realise that moaning, complains and courses will not lead to anything. As an individual we should examine ourselves and let change start with us, The developed world do not need to steal and take money to other countries because they have visions for their countries, truly we were colonised but are we still suppose to behave as though we are still under colonial masters?
We all call God and pray without changing our mind sets. Prayers without work is dead!

                             RELIGION AND THE NATION

Hmmm. this is very deep so i wont go much in details but i will like all the youths to have a vision for their mission on earth and to realised their purpose on this earth.
Why are we in this world in the first place? does God create people to kill, hate, backbite, contend each other or are we created to fight for God? NO, so i believe we are quite fickle in nature as change is constant, and things will surely change.

The purpose of us is to be fruitful and fill the earth after which, we should dream as long as we live, achieve, acquire and remember we all have a destination which is life after death. I believe so much in life after death as everyone at some point will die, be you celebrity, killers, beauty queens, religions leaders, presidents, prime ministers and so on. So why are we in haste to kill each other?
Nigerian crisis the world turn deaf hear to it, whereas it has been ongoing for years where Christians are murdered all the time and no state of emergency in such states? where 200 people dies there should be meetings, state of   emergency declared and the government will come up with solutions how it will not happen again but where such acts lingers, it will be hard for government to control such situations except the government has a hand in it.

LAWS TO PROTECT THE CITIZENS/ ROLE OF RELIGIOUS LEADERS

As the saying goes, where the righteous rules people rejoices, not morn. There are several laws to stop uprising in Nigeria before it is too late, because as i see it now, the country is just like a time bomb and ready to explode if cares is not taken, and am sure nowhere or place like home, besides if anything happens in Nigeria the whole-world will feel it.
There should be Human right laws, equality acts law should be adopted by the government, equal right at work, health and safety laws, stronger border control, there should be freedom of choice of religion where people practice freely without been prosecuted, and if anyone feels he want to evangelise or preach to people fine, even God does not force anyone, which is why he gave us freedom of choice, he gave us brain to think and choose wisely. Why would any government not have rules for every states to follow. People refers to Nigeria as zoo, the driving is horrendous and the police does not even help matters.
Government can provide for some kind of welfare identification number to assist the unemployed, family with children and the older adults, just as the developed world. UK as what they call National Insurance Number (NI) which you can not do much without this number, US has what they call Social Security Number (SSN) and so much more countries, this are Nations with visions , there we do not value our citizens, how do you expects other countries to value us?
Religious leaders such as Apostle SuleymanPastor OyedepoDarkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that" (Marthin Luther King JR)  should please preach peace, peace can overshadow evil, peace will always prevail, prayers and faith does wonders. we should be praying for this nation Nigeria, yes if God want it to break up, it should happen amicably. Nehemiah prayed for the land and for his people, God answered him in Nehemiah Chapter 1 vs 5-10. This post is not about religion but an opinion to awake our spirit as a nation, do we even think for a moment that if our big men of God with private jets have invested in the lives of the poor and uneducated more this could have been managed a little bit? after all most of all this older generations benefited from missionary schools across the country but now their schools are mega expensive, the government schools are non affordable, the state schools are for the middle class, poor parents cant even educate their children, and where there are illiterates, there will always be crisis, the educated does not even have jobs, youths are roaming about the streets, while the rich men fly above.
As we all know that a failure to plan, is planning to fail and i just hope it is not too late for Nigeria.
